Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Lakki Marwat is conducting an E-Baldia E-Auction for the financial year 2026-27 through the official Khyber Pakhtunkhwa e-auction portal. Interested parties are invited to participate in the open auction for various municipal rights and collection contracts within Lakki Marwat. The auction will be held online at eauction.lcbkp.gov.pk, ensuring transparency and accessibility for all eligible bidders.
Items being auctioned:
- Slaughter House Fee (Reserve Price: PKR 10,250)
- Bus Stand Fee (Reserve Price: PKR 60,000)
- Cattle Market Fee (Reserve Price: PKR 21,250)
- Teh Bazari Fee (Temporary Occupation Fee: PKR 50,000)
- General Bus Stand Fee (Reserve Price: PKR 105,000)
Each contract is offered for a period of one year, and the successful bidders will be responsible for the collection of the respective municipal fees as per the terms and conditions set by the TMA. All participants must create a user account on the e-auction portal and deposit 5 percent of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) in favor of TMA Lakki Marwat. The CDR must be uploaded to the portal along with the bidder's NTN and other required documents.
The auction process will commence on 19 October 2026 at 09:00 AM and conclude on 21 October 2026 at 04:00 PM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the model terms and conditions available on the portal. Only those who fulfill all eligibility criteria, including timely deposit of earnest money and submission of valid documents, will be allowed to participate. A practical tip: ensure your user account is created and verified well before the auction start date to avoid last-minute technical issues, as the portal may experience high traffic near the deadline.
