AUCTION: Petrol Pump Site at Cantt Board Faisal, Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Military Lands & Cantonments Department Cantonment Board Faisal announces an auction for a petrol pump site located at Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi on a premium (non-refundable) and rent basis. The auction is scheduled for 22-10-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Cantt Board office Faisal. The reserve price for the auction and the rent per square foot will be announced at the spot. Items being auctioned: - Petrol pump site at Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi The auction is conducted on a premium and rent basis with a fixed rent and premium (non-refundable). The initial tenancy period is 10 years, renewable for two similar terms. The existing tenant has the first right of refusal upon completion of the first and second terms. The tenant must operationalize the petrol pump within one year of Board approval. Development charges of Rs. 4000/- per sq. yard are payable by the tenant. The tenant is responsible for all utilities including electricity, telephone, gas, and water. The tenant must obtain NOCs from Cantt Board for business start and installation of the petrol pump. Eligibility requires bidders to submit a Pay Order of Rs. 10.00 Million as security before the auction. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid value upfront and the remaining 75% within 30 days of approval. Income tax and other government charges apply. The highest and second highest bidders will be retained in office for fulfilling terms. The tenancy rights are governed by Cantt Board rules and the Cantonment Act 1924.
