AUCTION: Toll Collection Rights on Pirkas Road and Sakran Road

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Corporation Hub is offering the auction of toll tax collection rights located at Pirkas Road and Sakran Road for a period of one year. The auction will be conducted in the office of the Municipal Corporation Hub, Hub city, Balochistan. Interested bidders are invited to participate in this auction to secure the rights for toll collection at these strategic locations. Items being auctioned: - Toll Collection rights on Pirkas Road with a reserve price of Rs. 12.204 Million (Annual) - Toll Collection rights on Sakran Road with a reserve price of Rs. 4.00 Million (Annual) The auction requires bidders to furnish a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Chief Officer Municipal Corporation Hub along with their application. Required documents include attested copies of National Identity Card, financial standing, tax returns, similar nature work experience, and government/semi-government registrations. Bidders must secure at least 70% marks in evaluation criteria to qualify from the financial bid. Auction documents can be purchased from the Municipal Corporation Hub office upon payment of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) through green challan. The auction will be held on 28th October 2026 at 12:30 pm, with receipt of bids accepted until 27th October 2026 during office hours. The successful bidder must provide a bank guarantee valid for one year equal to 10% of the total bid amount within 10 days of acceptance letter issuance. The collection rights are non-transferable except with approval. The successful bidder will be responsible for all dues and electric charges related to toll tax collection. This auction is governed by the rules and notifications issued by the Government of Balochistan and Municipal Committee Hub.
