AUCTION: General Auction of Unserviceable Articles and Disposal of Fallen Trees by Punjab Institute of Mental Health Lahore

The Punjab Institute of Mental Health Lahore is conducting an auction for the fiscal year 2026-27 involving the sale of unserviceable and condemned articles as well as the disposal of fallen trees. Items being auctioned: - General auction of unserviceable / condemned articles with a required Bid Security of Rs. 300,000/- in the form of CDR or cash - Auction for disposal of fallen trees with a required Bid Security of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of CDR or cash The auction is scheduled with the last date and time for submission of tenders on 28th October 2026 at 10:30 AM, followed by the opening of tenders on the same day at 11:00 AM. Bidding documents are available immediately after the date of publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders should note that the Punjab Institute of Mental Health Lahore will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred in the preparation or submission of bids. In case the opening day falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the opening day with the same time and venue. Interested parties are advised to prepare their bids carefully, ensuring the submission of the required bid security to avoid disqualification.
