Auction of Toll Tax Collection Rights for 2026 to 2027

The Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority Peshawar is offering an auction for the collection rights of toll tax for the year 2026 to 2027. This opportunity covers multiple toll stations including D.I. Khan, Darya Khan Bridge over River Indus, Chashma Section of Provincial Highway, Kohat-Hangu-Thall-Parachinar Road, and Tajazai-Lakki-Daratang-Chashma Section of Provincial Highway. Bidders must submit 2% Earnest Money, Tender Entry/Documents Fee, Registration Fee, and 10% Performance Security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Managing Director Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority Peshawar. The bids should be submitted in two separate envelopes containing the Financial Bid and other required documents. The sealed bids must be couriered or sent by urgent mail service with the envelope fully sealed using sticking tape to avoid disqualification. The deadline for submission is 14th May 2026 by 12:00 noon, with the opening of bids on the same day at 12:30 pm in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 7th May 2026 at 11:00 am for any clarifications. The successful bidder will be required to sign the contract agreement within 15 days after issuance of the work order and submit post-dated cheques for installment payments.
