Tender Description
The Irrigation Department Multan Zone is offering an auction for the rights to collect toll tax at Mailsi Syphon Cum Barrage for a period of 346 days from 20-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. This contract involves the collection of toll tax on vehicles as per the approved government schedule. The auction will be conducted by the Executive Engineer, Mailsi Syphon Division, Thingi, with bids to be submitted by 18-07-2026 at 12:00 PM and opened at 12:30 PM on the same day.

The bid amount is based on a revised reserve price of Rs. 28,658,439 approved by the Chief Engineer, Irrigation Multan Zone. Bidders must furnish earnest money in the form of a CDR equal to 5% of the reserve price. The successful bidder will be required to provide a bank guarantee equal to 10% of the total bid amount after sanction. All expenses related to provision, operation, and maintenance of facilities mentioned in the bid documents will be borne by the lessee. Income tax at 10% of the bid price must also be deposited by the successful bidder.
Eligibility requires submission of attested CNIC copies, specimen signatures, and power of attorney if applicable.
