Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Quetta is conducting an auction for unserviceable, obsolete, faulty, and scraped furniture, fixtures, and office IT equipment located at Zarghoon Road, Quetta. This auction includes a wide range of items such as waiting chairs, DEO tables, pigeon holes, applicant chairs and stools, wooden almeras, wheelchairs, visitor chairs, desktop systems, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office fixtures. The disposal is on an 'As and Where It Is' basis, allowing bidders to inspect items from 13th April to 27th April 2026 during office hours excluding weekends and gazetted holidays.
Eligible bidders must be duly incorporated and based in Pakistan, holding valid CNIC and NTN registrations. They must submit bids accompanied by 5% Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order payable to NADRA NSRC Disbursement Account. Bids must be complete and comply fully with the bidding documents to avoid disqualification. The auction follows a single stage one envelope bidding procedure with bid submission deadline on 28th April 2026 at 11:00 AM, followed by public bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day at NADRA RHO Quetta.
Successful bidders are required to pay 25% of the total bid amount on the acceptance day and the remaining 75% within 24 working hours. They must remove all items within 48 hours at their own expense or face demurrage charges. Bidders must also submit a non-blacklisting affidavit and ensure no blood relatives are employed by NADRA. This auction offers a practical opportunity for suppliers and dealers specializing in used office furniture and IT equipment to acquire assets at competitive prices.
