Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
This auction notice is issued by Lahore Garrison for the disposal of unserviceable furniture, including iron and wood items, on an as is where is basis. The auction will take place at the Furniture Yard, Shabbir Road, near Rahat Bakery, Lahore Cantt. Interested buyers should note that the auction is scheduled for Thursday, 20th August 2026 at 10:00 AM sharp.
Items being auctioned:
- Unserviceable furniture (Iron and Wood etc)
The auctioned items consist of various types of iron and wooden furniture that are no longer serviceable. All goods will be sold in their current condition, and bidders are encouraged to inspect the items beforehand at the specified location. The successful bidder will be responsible for paying all applicable government taxes in addition to the bid amount. All other terms and conditions will be announced on the spot during the auction proceedings.
To participate, each bidder must bring their original CNIC along with two photocopies. This is a mandatory requirement for registration and entry into the bidding process. The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or the entire auction without assigning any reason, so bidders should be prepared for competitive and transparent proceedings.
