AUCTION: Unserviceable and Condemned Hostel Articles and Computer Equipment

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of Agriculture Faisalabad, through the Principal Officer Hostels/Chief Hall Warden Office, is offering unserviceable and condemned articles located in the university hostels under the administrative control of the Chief Hall Warden. The sale will be conducted through sealed bids/open auction on an as-is-where-is basis. Interested bidders may inspect the listed articles during office hours before participating. The attached Main Campus list contains the following lots: Sr. 1, Old Cotton Strips (Niwar), approximately 9,678 kg; Sr. 2, Old Newspaper, 644.8 kg; Sr. 3, Paper (Raddi), 263 kg; Sr. 4, Binding Copies, 50.1 kg; Sr. 5, Trash Paper (Raddi), 414 kg; Sr. 6, Trash Newspaper (Raddi), 112.04 kg; Sr. 7, Computer CPU, 4 units; Sr. 8, Monitor Screens, 3 units; Sr. 9, Typing Machine, 3 units; Sr. 10, Keyboards, 30 units; Sr. 11, Printers, 7 units; and Sr. 12, Scanner, 1 unit. The auction is scheduled for **20 August 2026 at 10:00 AM** in the Office of the Chief Hall Warden, University of Agriculture Faisalabad. Every participant must deposit a non-refundable registration fee of **PKR 500** into the university designated bank account, account number 11-9 NBP UAF, and present proof of payment. An advance deposit of **PKR 10,000** and the original computerized CNIC are required before commencement. The successful bidder must pay one-third of the auction amount immediately and the balance within two days, then remove the material at personal risk and cost. Applicable withholding tax is the buyer responsibility. Bidders should verify the physical condition, quantities, loading requirements, and disposal costs before bidding.
