AUCTION: Unserviceable and Irreparable Items at Government College University Faisalabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government College University Faisalabad is offering an auction for various unserviceable and irreparable items on an AS IS WHERE IS basis. The auction will be held at the university's old campus on 17-11-2026 at 12:00 PM (Noon). Interested participants must be active taxpayers with valid Income Tax and GST registrations and submit their offers in sealed envelopes by 11:30 AM on the auction date. Items being auctioned include: - Paper Raddi Used Answer Sheets (Misc Weight in KG) - Iron Scrap, miscellaneous iron items, frames (Misc Weight in KG) - Hardware / IT Items including Computers, Photocopy machines, monitors, LCDs, Keyboards etc (Misc Weight) - Batteries (Misc Weight) - Mobil Oil (Misc Liters) - Tyres (Misc Weight) - Scrap fridge, Freezers, ACs etc (Misc Weight) - Scrap Plastic items, plasticware, chairs, etc (Misc Weight) The auction committee has set reserved prices for each item category. Bidders must deposit a tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (non-refundable) along with copies of CNIC, NTN, and GST certificates to obtain bidding documents one day prior to the auction. Earnest Money / Bid Security of Rs. 100,000/- in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Treasurer Government College University Faisalabad is mandatory with the bid. Earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders. Successful bidders must deposit 50% of the total bid amount on the auction day, excluding earnest money, and pick the auctioned items within the stipulated time or risk forfeiture. Note that the successful bidder for Solved Answer Sheets must legally bind to sell them directly to Paper Mill and submit an affidavit on stamp paper to the university; otherwise, earnest money will be forfeited. Employees of GCUF and their kin are not eligible to participate. This auction provides a valuable opportunity for suppliers and scrap dealers in Faisalabad to acquire diverse scrap and unserviceable materials.
