AUCTION: Unserviceable Items at Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore is conducting an open auction for unserviceable and obsolete items located at the hospital premises. The auction will be held on 28/10/2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the auction committee. Items being auctioned: - Lot of unserviceable machinery and equipment (reserve price Rs. 100000) - Lot of unserviceable furniture (reserve price Rs. 1000) - Additional lots of miscellaneous scrap and obsolete items (details available on site) All items are available for inspection at the Punjab Institute of Cardiology Lahore during working hours up to 25/10/2026. Interested bidders must deposit earnest money equal to 25 percent of the reserve price for each lot they wish to bid on, in the form of pay order or CDR, before the auction begins. Successful bidders must deposit 75 percent of the bid amount within seven days of the auction, failing which the earnest money will be forfeited. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The last date for submission of earnest money and registration is 02/11/2026. The auction will be finalized on 05/11/2026, and successful bidders must clear all dues by 09/11/2026. All government taxes and duties will be applicable as per rules.
