AUCTION: Unserviceable Store and Scrap Disposal at Ordnance Depot Quetta Cantt

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Ordnance Depot Quetta Cantt is conducting a public auction for the disposal of unserviceable stores on an AS IS WHERE IS basis. The auction will take place on 16 & 17 November 2026, with inspection available from 0900 to 1200 hours on these dates. Visitors must present their original NADRA CNIC along with three photo copies for entry. Items being auctioned include: - Unserviceable vehicles: Big and Staff Cars including Toyota Corolla, Toyota Hilux, Truck 2.5 Isuzu - Tender Fire Crash Trucks - Unserviceable General and Clothing Store - Iron Scrap - Mechanical Transport Scrap - Signal Scrap - Aluminum Scrap - Plastic Scrap - Leather Scrap - Computer Scrap - Medical Scrap - Unserviceable Engineering Store - Rubber Scrap - Wooden Scrap - Steel Scrap - Tyres and Batteries The auction will be held at the designated location with strict rules: bidders must have original NADRA CNIC, no visitors allowed during auction, and the Commandant Ordnance Depot Quetta reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reason. Successful bidders must deposit all taxes prior to lifting auctioned stores and provide FBR verification and ATL receipt. Weapons, cell phones, and matches boxes are prohibited. Auctioned vehicles must be purchased within 6 months, or cases will be referred to General Headquarters Ordnance Directorate. Payment terms require 25% spot payment and 75% within 10 working days. Auctioned lots must be removed within 15 days at bidders' expense. Demilitarization of stores will be done by the bidder in presence of Ordnance Depot Quetta officers.
