AUCTION: Used Mobile Oil, Filters and Drum Disposal Rahim Yar Khan Police

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. District Police Officer Rahim Yar Khan is conducting an open auction for the disposal of used mobile oil, filters, and drums accumulated from the police vehicle fleet. This auction is being held under Punjab Procurement Rules FOB-2014 and is open to all eligible bidders with relevant experience in scrap and used oil disposal. The auction will take place at the police lines in Rahim Yar Khan, and all interested parties are invited to participate as per the schedule and terms outlined below. Items being auctioned: - Used mobile oil (quantity as accumulated from police vehicles) - Used oil filters (various types and quantities) - Used drums (various sizes and quantities) All items are being sold on an as-is-where-is basis. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority ACT 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 06.01.2016). Bidders must bring a valid CNIC, active NTN, and proof of registration on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Earnest money of Rs. 1,500 must be deposited in cash prior to the auction to qualify for participation. The auction will be held on 11-11-2026 at 12:00 PM at the designated police lines location. Interested parties may inspect the items on 10-11-2026 during office hours. The successful bidder must deposit the full bid amount within 24 hours of the auction, failing which the earnest money will be forfeited. All government taxes and duties will be applicable as per rules.
