Interested bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as earnest money by 11-11-2026 at 1:30pm. The auction will commence at 2:00pm on the same day. The successful bidder must deposit 25 percent of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the balance payable within two days. All government taxes and transfer fees will be borne by the successful bidder. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any government department.
