AUCTION: Used Diesel Generators at Bank Al Habib Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Bank Al Habib Limited is conducting an open auction for the sale of used diesel generators that have been decommissioned from various branches. The auction will be held at three separate locations: Karachi, Lahore, and Faisalabad. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process for these generators, which are being sold on an as-is-where-is basis. The auction is open to all eligible bidders who meet the requirements outlined by the bank. Items being auctioned: - 19 Generators (14-110 KVA) at Plot No. 222, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi - 9 Generators (5-45 KVA) at Plot No. 7-A, Queens Road, Lahore - 18 Generators (5-40 KVA) at 15 KM/G7, Sargodha Road, Faisalabad Each generator lot is available for inspection at its respective location prior to the auction date. The technical details, make, and condition of each generator can be reviewed during the inspection period. Bidders are responsible for verifying the condition and specifications of the generators before placing their bids. To participate, bidders must submit a pay order or demand draft equivalent to 5% of the bid amount as earnest money in favor of Bank Al Habib Limited. Successful bidders will be required to deposit the remaining 95% of the bid amount within seven days of the auction. All applicable taxes and duties will be borne by the successful bidder. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. The last date for submission of bids is 13 August 2026 at 4:00 PM for Karachi and Lahore, and 12 August 2026 at 4:00 PM for Faisalabad. The auction results will be announced on 18 August 2026.
