Auction of Used Engine Oil and Dead/Unfit Stock of Lubricants by Petroleum Oil and Lubricant Depots Army Service Corps

Sealed tenders are invited from pre-qualified firms for the auction of used engine oil and dead/unfit stock of lubricants held by Petroleum Oil and Lubricant Depots Army Service Corps at various locations including Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area. The items being auctioned include: - Used Engine Oil quantity 228,053 liters - Dead/Unfit Stock of Lubs (A/S 80W90 quantity 9 liters & Shell Fellus-46 quantity 54 liters) The depots involved are: - Petroleum Oil and Lubricants Depot Army Service Corps Lahore - Petroleum Oil and Lubricants Depot Army Service Corps, Kharian - Petroleum Oil and Lubricants Depot Army Service Corps, Gujranwala - Petroleum Qisand Lubricants Depot Army Service Corps, Sargodha - Station Supply Depot Army Service Corps, Sialkot The auction will be held on 19 August 2026 at 1100 hours at Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area. Bidding documents can be collected from 0800 to 1500 hours on any working day. Quotations must reach the Headquarters Gujranwala Logistic Area Supplies & Transport Branch (S&T Branch) by 19 August 2026 latest 1000 hours and will be opened at 1100 hours the same day. Firms are required to provide 5% bid security earnest money (maximum Rs. 10 lac) in the form of Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with the quotation, failing which the quotation will be rejected. The competent authorities reserve the right to reject any or all documents due to technical or other reasons.
