Indus Motor Company Limited is inviting sealed bids for the sale of used Toyota vehicles on an As Is, Where Is basis at their Commercial Department in Karachi. This auction presents an opportunity for interested buyers to acquire a range of Toyota vehicles, including both sedans and SUVs, from recent model years. The vehicles can be inspected at the company premises during working hours from August 10 to August 12, 2026, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Items being auctioned: - Toyota Yaris 1.3 CVT (23 units, Model Year 2021, Reg. No: CAE-118) - Toyota Yaris 1.3 CVT (1 unit, Model Year 2025, Reg. No: CCC-860) - Toyota Yaris 1.3 CVT (1 unit, Model Year 2026, Reg. No: AAEK-102) - Toyota Yaris 1.5 CVTX (1 unit, Model Year 2024, Reg. No: CAD-716) - Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid CVT (1 unit, Model Year 2021, Reg. No: BJ-7928) - Toyota Fortuner GR-S (1 unit, Model Year 2023, Reg. No: BL-1369) - Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Station Wagon VX A/T G (1 unit, Model Year 2018, Reg. No: BH-1311) All vehicles are being sold on an as-is basis, and bidders are responsible for inspecting the condition prior to bidding. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and deposited in the Tender Box at the specified address by 3:00 p.m. on August 13, 2026. Each bid must be accompanied by a Pay Order in favor of Indus Motor Company Limited equal to 10% of the quoted bid amount as earnest money. The bid shall remain valid for 60 working days from the date of bid opening. Withholding tax will be charged separately at 10% for filers and 20% for non-filers, in addition to the bid price. Successful bidders must complete the vehicle transfer in their own name within 15 days of the announcement, or risk forfeiture of the amount paid. Employees of the Purchasing Department and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. A practical tip: Ensure your Pay Order for earnest money is ready and matches exactly 10% of your bid to avoid disqualification at submission.
