Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Dargai is conducting an e-auction for the collection rights of various local revenue streams for the financial year 2026-27. Interested parties are invited to participate in the open auction process for the following contracts:
Items being auctioned:
- Collection rights of Local Taxes (Octroi) for the period from 30 June 2026 to June 2027 (Upset price: Rs. 866,700, Earnest Money: Rs. 4,350)
- Collection rights of Cattle Fair (Bakra Mandi) (Upset price: Rs. 64,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 3,500)
- Collection rights of General Bus Stand Fees (Upset price: Rs. 43,335, Earnest Money: Rs. 2,500)
The auction will be held online via the official e-auction portal (http://www.eauction.lcbkp.gov.pk) from 26-10-2026 to 28-10-2026, with bidding open daily from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Bidders must submit the required CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) as earnest money for each contract, as specified above. Successful bidders will be required to deposit 15% of the annual contract value immediately, with the remaining amount payable as per the terms outlined in the auction notice.
Eligibility criteria include submission of valid CNIC, proof of registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable, and compliance with all local government regulations. Blacklisted individuals or firms are not eligible to participate. All participants must ensure their online registration on the auction portal prior to bidding.
