Tender Description
The Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, under the Ministry of Industries & Production, is conducting an open auction for various kinds of furniture and fixed assets located in multiple cities including Lahore, Sheikhupura, Sahiwal, Okara, Gujranwala, and Sialkot. This auction is being held on an 'as is where it is' basis through the EPADS 2.0 platform (Ref # D10280).

The auction covers fixed assets and furniture from various regional offices including Old RCP Building Lahore, Mohlanwal Multan Road Lahore, 28 KM Joyianwala More Lahore Road Sheikhupura, Montgomery Flour & General Mills Sahiwal, Ajmaree Rice Mills Okara, Small Industrial Estate-II Gujranwala, and Old Saga Yard Sialkot. The auction will be conducted online via EPADS 2.0 starting from 12-07-2026 at 09:00 AM, with the open auction session at 11:00 AM on 27-07-2026. Bidders must submit Demand Draft/Pay Order as earnest money before 24-07-2026 04:30 PM.
This auction is open to all Pakistani nationals with computerized CNIC issued by NADRA, NTN, and GST holders except government defaulters. Companies may participate through authorized representatives. The successful bidder will be responsible for collection and lifting of items from designated locations. The quoted price must include all taxes and duties including sales tax/FED.
