AUCTION: Disposal of Used Scrap Equipment (Cameras, Computers, Scanners) at NADRA Sukkur

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. NADRA Regional Head Office Sukkur is conducting an open auction for the disposal of used and obsolete digital equipment and scrap items. This auction presents an opportunity for interested buyers to acquire a range of electronic and IT assets that have been utilized in NADRA operations and are now being offered for sale on an as-is-where-is basis at the Sukkur office. Items being auctioned: - Lot # 1: Camera, CCTV Camera, Form Scanner, Network Switches, Laser Printer and Thermal Printers - Lot # 2: Computers (Without HDD & RAM) and LCD - Lot # 3: Scanners and Stabilizer All items are available for inspection at the NADRA Regional Head Office Sukkur from 31 August 2026 to 11 September 2026, between 09:00 AM and 01:00 PM. Interested parties are encouraged to visit during these hours to assess the lots in person. The auction will be held on 14 September 2026, starting at 09:30 AM, and will continue until 04:00 PM or until the process is completed. Bidders must register on the EPADs (Electronic Public Auction Disposal System) platform prior to participation, and all terms and conditions are detailed on the EPADs board. Successful bidders are required to deposit the full payment as per the auction rules, and items must be collected within the stipulated time frame. Late collection or payment will not be entertained. The auction is being conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004, Rule 33, ensuring transparency and fair competition. A practical tip: Arrive early on the inspection days to thoroughly check the condition of each lot, especially for computers and electronics, as all items are sold on an as-is basis and no claims will be entertained after the auction.
