AUCTION: Lease Rights of Waqf Properties in Sargodha, Khushab, and Bhakkar for 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Auqaf Organization Punjab is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for lease rights of various Waqf properties located in Sargodha, Khushab, and Bhakkar districts for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for individuals and businesses to secure lease rights for shops, agricultural lands, and other properties managed by the Auqaf department. The auction will be conducted at the designated Auqaf offices on the specified dates, and all interested bidders are encouraged to attend in person. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights of 58 shops at Darbar Hazrat Khawaja Qamaruddin Sialvi, Sargodha (421-06-10) - Lease rights of 28 shops at Darbar Hazrat Shah Shams Tabrez, Sargodha (01-05-10) - Lease rights of 54 shops at Darbar Hazrat Shah Jewna, Sargodha (12-06-10) - Lease rights of 11 shops at Darbar Hazrat Shah Jewna, Sargodha (05-01-11) - Lease rights of 10 shops at Darbar Hazrat Shah Jewna, Sargodha (05-06-10) - Lease rights of 2 shops at Darbar Hazrat Shah Inayat Qadri, Khushab (08-00-11) - Lease rights of 2 shops at Darbar Hazrat Shah Inayat Qadri, Khushab (12-03-19) - Lease rights of 6 shops at Darbar Hazrat Shah Inayat Qadri, Khushab (24-04-00) - Lease rights of 18 shops at Darbar Hazrat Shah Inayat Qadri, Bhakkar (346-01-18) - Lease rights of 10 shops at Darbar Hazrat Shah Inayat Qadri, Bhakkar (01-02-10) The technical scope includes the management and operation of the leased properties as per the terms and conditions set by the Auqaf Organization Punjab. Bidders must provide valid CNIC, proof of financial capability, and earnest money as specified in the auction terms. The auction will be held on 26, 17, 05, 29, 23, 08, 27, 15, 04, 13, 06, and 30 September 2026, depending on the property location. All bids must be submitted in person at the respective Auqaf office before the auction date.
