Audit Firm Services for Internal Audit at Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) for 3 Years

Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites proposals from reputed audit firms for the provision of internal audit services for TDAP for a period of 3 years, covering the financial years 2024-25, 2025-26, and 2026-27. The selected audit firm will be responsible for conducting comprehensive internal audits in accordance with applicable rules and standards, ensuring compliance and transparency in TDAP's operations. Items being procured: - Internal audit services for TDAP for 3 years (FY 2024-25, 2025-26, 2026-27) The scope of work includes a thorough review of TDAP's financial records, internal controls, and compliance with relevant regulations. The audit firm must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must also be listed on the panel of auditors maintained by the State Bank of Pakistan and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in providing audit services to public sector organizations. Interested firms must submit their bids electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk) by 27 October 2026, 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through the portal. An earnest money of PKR 200,000 must be submitted with the bid. Late or incomplete bids will not be considered.
