Supply of Aviation Spares and Consumables for Army Aviation Base Multan

The Aviation Spares Depot (EME) at Army Aviation Base Multan invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the supply of aviation spares and consumables. This procurement is conducted under the light of PPRA rules. Purchase orders for shelf life items will be placed in batches or packages in reduced quantities as per immediate requirements. Firms are advised to avoid quoting exorbitant rates to remain competitive. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of aviation expendables and gases as detailed in Annexure A. Key items include Industrial Endoscope, Adhesives such as Loctite and Hysol EA956, RTV-730 sealing compound, Aeroshell grease lubricant, Epoxy adhesives, insulating varnish, potting compounds, lubricants, grease, cadmium metal makeup, fiberglass materials, plastic sheets, copper wire, paints, gloves, sandpaper, locking wires, and various gases including nitrogen, refrigerant R-134A, Halotron-I, and CO2 gas. The technical scope covers supply of branded and specified aviation spares suitable for Army Aviation Base Multan, including items for Bell-412, AH-1F helicopters, and other aviation equipment. All items must meet specified standards and be accompanied by manufacturer certificates where applicable. Shelf-life items must have at least 70% remaining shelf life, except for AOG items which require a minimum of 25%. Warranty and maintenance obligations apply during the warranty period. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with relevant government agencies, possess valid NTN and sales tax registration, and not be blacklisted. Earnest money of 5% of the bid amount must be submitted via pay order or bank draft in favor of CO ASD EME Multan. Tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- per tender is applicable. Firms with pending deliveries from the last financial year are not eligible to participate. The tender submission deadline is 5 November 2026 by 1130 hrs at the Aviation Spares Depot, Army Aviation Base Multan. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate envelopes clearly marked. Participation by authorized representatives at the bid opening is mandatory. Late submissions will not be entertained.
