National Logistics Cell (NLC) Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders from Manufacturer, Authorized Distributor, or Dealers for Aviation Spares Parts specifically for AB-205/Bell Jet Ranger Helicopters on a FOR basis at NLC Aviation Flight, Qasim Army Aviation Base Dhamial Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Aviation Spares Parts for AB-205 Helicopters - Aviation Spares Parts for Bell Jet Ranger Helicopters The procurement is under PPRA Rule 27b using a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Tender fee is Rs. 2,000 and a bid security of Rs. 500,000 must be attached with the technical offer in the form of a Bank Draft. Offers without the required bid security will be rejected.
