Establishment, Operation and Maintenance of Baggage Wrapping Facility No. 02 at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders from registered companies, firms, joint ventures, and sole proprietors for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the Baggage Wrapping Facility No. 02 located in the International Departure (Briefing Area) of Jinnah Terminal, Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. This concession is offered on a five-year license period or until outsourcing of the airport, whichever is earlier. Items being procured: - Establish, Operate and Maintain Baggage Wrapping Facility No. 02 The facility will operate during working hours on working days under the supervision of the Officer In-Charge, Commercial, PAA. The concessionaire will be responsible for all operational and maintenance activities related to the baggage wrapping service at the specified location. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant authorities and compliance with tender terms. Tender documents are available for purchase until 09-09-2026 upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 (Five Thousand Only). Interested bidders must submit their bids by 10-09-2026 at 1500 hours in the Main Conference Room (Room No. 6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, Jinnah International Airport, Karachi.
