The University of Education is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of the canteen, photocopier shop, and road token shop for the financial year 2026-27 at its Multan Campus, Bosan Road, Multan. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to operate these facilities within the campus premises for one year, starting from 22-09-2026 to 22-09-2027.
Items being auctioned:
- Canteen lease rights (reserve price: Rs. 880,000 per annum)
- Photocopier and road token shop lease rights (reserve price: Rs. 55,000 per annum)
The technical scope includes providing quality food and beverage services at the canteen, as well as efficient photocopying and road token services for students and staff. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining hygiene, service standards, and compliance with university regulations throughout the lease period. The canteen and shops must be operated within the designated campus areas.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit earnest money in the form of a pay order or bank draft equivalent to 2% of the reserve price for each shop, deposited in the HBL account specified by the university. Bidders must not have been blacklisted by any government or autonomous body. The auction will be conducted through a close bid process, and bids must be submitted by 14-09-2026 at 04:00 PM. The opening of bids will take place on 15-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of the committee and interested bidders.
For submission, sealed bids should be delivered to the Admin Office, Multan Campus, University of Education.
