AUCTION: Collection Rights of Parking Stands and Bus Adda Fee in Chiniot District 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Deputy Commissioner District Chiniot invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the collection rights of various parking stands and bus adda fee contracts for the financial year 2026. This auction is being conducted on behalf of the Government of Punjab, and all eligible individuals, firms, and contractors are encouraged to submit their bids as per the terms outlined in the notice. The auction will be held at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Chiniot, on 27-08-2026 at 3:00 PM. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for Adda Fee at General Bus Stand Lalian (Reserve Price: Rs. 10,000 per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 10,000) - Collection rights for Adda Fee at 76/7-R Bus Stand Lalian (Reserve Price: Rs. 7,000 per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 7,000) - Collection rights for Adda Fee at General Bus Stand Bhawana (Reserve Price: Rs. 10,000 per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 10,000) - Collection rights for Adda Fee at 121/JB Bus Stand Bhawana (Reserve Price: Rs. 11,000 per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 11,000) - Collection rights for Parking Stand at 28/13 Chiniot (Reserve Price: Rs. 10,000 per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 10,000) Each contract is for a period of one year. Bidders must deposit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of auction. Successful bidders will be required to submit the remaining amount as per the schedule and fulfill all legal and administrative requirements, including NOC and stamp duty. The auction process will be conducted transparently through the official web portal (https://auction.sharpy.pk), and all participants must register online prior to the auction date. Eligibility is open to all Pakistani nationals, firms, and contractors who are not blacklisted and meet the financial and legal criteria.
