Installation of NUMS Signage at Academic Block KHINAMS Islamabad

National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) invites sealed bids for the Installation of NUMS Signage at Academic Block KHINAMS located in Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. This procurement is conducted under a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Bidders are required to submit separate sealed envelopes for Technical and Financial Proposals, both placed inside one single envelope. Initially, only Technical Proposals will be opened and evaluated. Financial Proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened later, with the date and time communicated officially. Items being procured: - Energy saving board with fitting - Signage size: 72x5 ft acrylic letters on 3mm sheet - Letters thickness: 2.75 inches - Iron letters with GI sheet imported backside - 4mm imported color ACM sheet frame - Frame pipes 3''x1.5'' 18 gauge support - Frame pipes 1''x1'' 18 gauge with toplex paint sprayed - Modules 7070 high quality made in China or equivalent - Driver 12v/33.3 Amp made in China or equivalent The scope includes supplying and installing the signage as per specifications outlined in Annex-A. Vendors are encouraged to visit NUMS NIASR Abid Majeed Road Rawalpindi to view the existing signage pattern for reference. The selected vendor will be responsible for full installation and commissioning at the designated location. Eligibility criteria include valid registration certificates such as NTN, GST, Professional Tax, and company registration. Bidders must provide a bid security of 2% of the total amount in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of National University of Medical Sciences. Experience of at least two years in supply and installation of similar equipment is mandatory. Compliance with FBR tax regulations and submission of all required documents is essential. The last date for submission of bids is 24 September 2026 by 0930 hours. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes to the specified NUMS address. Late submissions or bids sent via email or fax will not be accepted. The tender opening will be held publicly on the same day at 1000 hours in the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi.
