Procurement of Battery Capacitor Racks and Neutral CTs for Capacitor Bank

The Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) Project Management Unit (PMU) invites bids for the procurement of Battery Capacitor Racks and Neutral Current Transformers (CTs) for Capacitor Banks to be delivered to the LESCO warehouse at Chicho-ki-Mallian, District Sheikhupura. Bidders must be registered suppliers or manufacturers with LESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/GENCOs and have valid FBR and ATL registration. Experience requirements include at least five years manufacturing and three years supply experience for manufacturers, and three years supply/import experience for suppliers. Joint ventures are allowed with specific experience criteria for lead and partner members. The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM via the EPADS v2.0 electronic system, with manual submission of bid security to the 132kV Qartaba Grid Station in Lahore.
