Procurement of Electrical Items, Automated PCR System Rental, Ventilator Parts, and Office Furniture for Clinical Trial Unit

Peshawar Institute of Cardiology Medical Teaching Institution (PIC-MTI) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department invites eligible bidders registered with FBR for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and reflected on the Active Tax Payer (ATL) list, as well as registered with EPADS, to submit bids for improving cardiac facilities in the public sector research and treatment areas. Items being procured: - Electrical Items (Leftover) - Automated PCR (Extraction & Amplification System) on Reagent Rental Basis (3rd Time) - Ventilator Parts and Consumable (2nd Time) - Office Furniture for Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) (2nd Time) Bidders must submit Bid Security/Earnest Money as specified: PKR 300,000 for Electrical Items, PKR 100,000 each for Automated PCR System and Ventilator Parts, and 3% of total bid value for Office Furniture. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope tender process. A complete set of Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal (https://kp.recourse.gov.pk) after publication. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 8, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Manager Material Management office, 1st Floor, OPD Building, PIC-MTI. Bidders are encouraged to attend. Bids must be submitted by uploading scanned copies on EPADS by or before October 19, 2026, at 10:30 AM (PST). Original CDR/Bid Security must be submitted physically to the Manager Material Management office at PIC-MTI by the same deadline. Electronic bids will be opened on October 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM (PST). Income Tax, Stamp Duty, Professional Tax, and KPRA or any other government taxes will be charged as per rules.
