The Military Engineer Services, through the office of GE (Air) Malir, invites sealed tenders for a comprehensive range of supply and repair works at Malir and associated outstations. This notice covers both the provision and procurement of various categories of Bazar Supply Material as well as extensive repair and maintenance works for both residential and non-residential facilities at PAF Base Malir and its outstations. The scope of work is broad, targeting internal and external electric supply, water and sui gas supply, furniture repair, and rehabilitation of facilities. Outstations covered include Pirpatho, Gharo, Badin, Chore, Gabbar, Gawadar, and Ormara, ensuring a wide operational footprint. Eligible bidders must be on the approved list 'E' of MES Contractors or relevant Government departments, with valid PEC registration, Bank Statement, GST, and NTN certificates. Firms must not have any litigation or special reports pending with the Directorate of Inspection and Evolution. Applications for tender documents must be submitted by 10 Sep 2026.
