The Military Engineer Services (MES) office CMES (A) Hosps Regime Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for important repair, replacement, maintenance, HVAC, roof treatment, electrical and civil works at Combined Military Hospital (CMH) and Pakistan Employees Medical Health (PEMH) Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Repair, Replacement, Maintenance, HVAC, Improvement works - Roof Treatment Works - TC Works - Bazar Supply Works - Provision of Miscellaneous Facilities - Additional Works - External Services - Civil and Electric Works at CMH and PEMH Rawalpindi - Operation and Maintenance works of HVAC, Lift, Bed Elevators, STP, Generator Sets and Fire Fighting at CMH and PEMH Rawalpindi The scope covers comprehensive maintenance and repair of hospital infrastructure including HVAC systems, lifts, electrical and civil works ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have relevant experience in similar works. Only contractors on the approved MES list in categories B, C, and D with proven credentials will be considered. Tender documents will be issued after scrutiny of applications and credentials. Earnest Money and other bid securities as per PPRA rules apply. Tenders must be submitted to the CMES (A) Hosps Regime Rawalpindi office by 21 September 2026 till 1150 hrs.
