Contractors enlisted with MES in categories A, B, C, D, and E are eligible to apply. Firms not enlisted must provide previous experience details for evaluation. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory for consideration. Tender documents will be provided at par cost at the time of issuance.
