Beautification of Civil Works at Different Green Belts / Center Median and Round-About of Faisalabad City

The Horticulture Agency Faisalabad invites qualified contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the financial year 2026-27 to participate in an open E-Tendering process for the beautification of civil works at various green belts, center medians, and roundabouts across Faisalabad city. This tender is being conducted through the newly introduced E-Tendering system as per Notification No.SO(I&C-I)5-4/2024 dated 09-05-2024, strictly following PPRA Rules 2014 with up-to-date amendments. Items being procured: - Beautification of Civil works at different Green belts - Center median - Round-about of Faisalabad city The scope includes civil beautification works involving landscaping and ornamental enhancements at multiple city locations. The project duration is three months from the date of award. Contractors must be registered with PEC and submit earnest money amounting to Rs. 242,514/- as bid security. Bidding documents are available immediately upon uploading this notice on the E-Procurement System portal. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login. The technical and financial bids will be submitted in a single envelope format. The last date for bid submission is 26-09-2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM on the same day at the office of Deputy Director Engineering, Horticulture Agency Faisalabad. Earnest money must be submitted electronically through the E-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, or Bank Guarantees will not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance without assigning reasons. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the bid amount within 15 days of the letter issuance. All applicable taxes must be paid by the contractor as per rules.
