Tender Description
Municipal Corporation Dera Ghazi Khan invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for multiple urban improvement and infrastructure works within the city. This notice covers three distinct schemes aimed at enhancing the urban environment and public transport facilities in Dera Ghazi Khan. The works are to be executed during the financial year 2026-27, and all interested bidders must be registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and fulfill the required technical and financial criteria.
Items being procured:
- Beautification / Rehabilitation of Kerb Stone, Jersey Barrier, Lane marking, Tuff Tile and Installation of Cat Eyes etc of different roads in MC Limits Dera Ghazi Khan (Estimated Cost: Rs. 19.985 Million)
- Repair and maintenance of Existing Bus Stops / Shelters of E-Buses (public Transport) and Construction / Establishment of new Bus stops in MC limits, DG Khan (Estimated Cost: Rs. 10.00 Million)
- Purchase / Supply of Street Light materials for restoration of street lights of different roads, street chows under jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation, Dera Ghazi Khan (Estimated Cost: Rs. 9.860 Million)
The technical scope includes civil works for road beautification, installation of safety and traffic management features, repair and construction of public transport infrastructure, and supply of electrical materials for street lighting. All works must comply with the relevant engineering standards and municipal specifications. Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost for each scheme. Valid registration with PEC in the relevant category, FBR/ATL compliance, and experience in similar works are mandatory.
Sealed bids must be submitted through the Punjab Procurement System by 25-09-2026, 11:30 AM. The opening will be held the same day. For submission, ensure all documents, including Power of Attorney, are complete and up to date.
