Tender Description
Municipal Corporation Sahiwal is inviting bids from eligible firms and contractors for the beautification, decorative lighting, and allied works along Road, College Road, and other main roads under its jurisdiction. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering system, following the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Only contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes and GST/NTN/PST registered may participate. All bidding and submission processes are digital, and physical bid securities such as CDRs or pay orders will not be accepted. Bidders must submit a valid Digital Bank Guarantee as bid security. Upon successful bidding, the selected contractor will be required to furnish a Performance Security equal to 10% of the contract price as per Punjab procurement rules.

The technical scope includes comprehensive beautification and lighting works, which may involve installation of decorative fixtures, landscaping, and related civil works along the specified roads. All participating bidders must quote unit rates in both numbers and words for each item as per the prescribed price schedule. Bids must be submitted digitally via the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal by 29.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will take place the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of Municipal Corporation Sahiwal, where all bids will be retrieved and opened in the presence of the committee. Any fake information or documents will result in disqualification and blacklisting. PEC registration, compliance with Punjab procurement rules, and adherence to the digital submission process are mandatory.
