Prequalification for Closed Framework Agreement for Repair, Maintenance, New Installation, and Special/Ordinary Repair of Civil and Electrical Works in Residential Buildings at WAPDA Colonies Lahore

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites prequalification applications for a Closed Framework Agreement concerning repair, maintenance, new installation, and special/ordinary repair of civil and electrical works in residential buildings located at WAPDA Colonies in Jail Road Sub-Division, Lahore. This procurement is managed by the WAPDA Building Circle and funded through Non-ADP sources. Items being procured: - Repair of Civil Works - Maintenance of Civil Works - New Installation of Civil Works - Special/Ordinary Repair of Civil Works - Repair of Electrical Works - Maintenance of Electrical Works - New Installation of Electrical Works - Special/Ordinary Repair of Electrical Works The scope covers on-demand execution of these works through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the Framework Agreement period. The agreement is expected to be signed for a period of 7 months starting December 1, 2026. Only prequalified applicants will be invited to submit bids. Eligibility criteria require applicants to be national contractors fulfilling the prequalification document requirements. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for bid submission. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 2:30 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
