Tender Description
The Communication and Work Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids through the E-PADS system for the construction improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of bituminous (BT) roads in Kohat Division. This tender is a corrigendum to the previously advertised NIT No. INF(P) 4919/2026 dated 30-09-2026, now modified as per updated requirements and KPPRA procurement rules 2014.
Items being procured:
- Construction improvement, rehabilitation, and widening of BT roads in Kohat Division under ADP No. 1746/251391 (2026-27)
- Sub Head: Reconstruction/Rehabilitation of Sheikhan Road District Kohat
The scope includes comprehensive road works involving rehabilitation and widening of existing bituminous roads to improve traffic flow and safety. The project will be executed under the supervision of the Executive Engineer C&W Highway Division Kohat. Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-4 or above and comply with KPPRA and FBR regulations. Bidders must submit original bid securities, KPPRA enlistment, C&W enlistment, PEC registration, and detailed rate analysis on the E-PADS portal. Technical and financial proposals must be uploaded online, while original bid securities must be submitted in hard copy to the Executive Engineer's office via courier 2-3 days before the closing date.
