Beautification and Rehabilitation Works at Various Locations in Pakpattan

Municipal Committee Pakpattan invites E-Bids from bidders and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 and relevant authorities including Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.) in accordance with E-Procurements regulations 2024 and PPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit E-bids through E-Pad System using single stage one envelope procedures. The E-bids shall be received as per single stage one envelope procedures except Sr. No. 01 and Sr. No. 06 which require two envelope procedures. The scope covers civil works including street paving, canal bridge beautification, and parking shed installation. Bidders must be registered with PEC and have relevant tax registrations. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security as fixed for each lot must accompany the bids. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab E-Procurement System portal before the deadline. The E-bid submission date and time is 24-09-2026 at 01:00 PM, and the E-bid opening date and time is 24-09-2026 at 02:00 PM.
