Municipal Committee Hafizabad invites E-bids from eligible, well reputed, and financially sound firms, contractors, and companies registered with Punjab E-Procurement and relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, PRA, and Professional Tax. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C6 or above for participation in this open competitive bidding process. Items being procured: - Beautification / Renovation / Improvement / lime stone / distempering in city area - Patchwork / Repair / Rehabilitation / Construction of roads & streets - Repair & Maintenance / construction of drainage system - Establishment of Rehri Bazar / Rickshaw stand at various locations - Repair & maintenance / provision of street lights - Repair / Construction / Rehabilitation of boundary wall at public places - Hiring of chairs, sofa, tentage, table with cover, water cooler, canopy, sound system - Hiring and fixing of LED lights, flood lights, generator with POL - Supply of different items for sports & other events arrangements - Hiring of movie camera and drone camera The contract is a frame work for the fiscal year 2026-27 covering multiple civil works and services across Hafizabad city. The scope includes beautification, road and street repairs, drainage system maintenance, street lighting, event equipment hiring, and installation of LED and flood lights with generator support. Bidders must attach a fresh affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation under PPRA. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) portal. Lowest rates will be accepted after approval from competent authority. All bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement system to be eligible. E-bids will be received and opened on 21-10-2026 at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost is required, payable via online banking before uploading bids on the Punjab E-Procurement System (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents with terms, conditions, and specifications can be downloaded from the PPRA website (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/Activetenders.aspx) and Punjab E-Procurement portal before the closing date and time. The successful bidder will submit a performance guarantee as per PPRA rules, refundable after project completion. Incomplete, ambiguous, or unfilled bids will be rejected. Fake or forged documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under PPRA rules.
