Tender Description
Tehsil Municipal Administration Swabi, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids from eligible firms and bidders in accordance with KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 for the Beautification Uplifting of Swabi City under ADP No. 250727 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender is part of the Annual Development Programme and aims to enhance the urban environment of Swabi city through various civil works.

- Beautification Uplifting of Swabi City
The scope includes all necessary civil works related to beautification and uplifting of the city area as per the approved project plan. The work will be executed under the supervision of TMA Swabi and funded through the ADP 2026-27. Contractors must ensure compliance with the technical specifications and quality standards outlined in the bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2025-26 under category C-6 and above. Bidders must also be enlisted with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and provide a 2% earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of TMO, TMA Swabi. Other mandatory documents include enlistment copy from the Local Council Board, CNIC, and KPPRA registration for 2025-26.
The tender processing fee is Rs. 3000. Sealed bids must be submitted through registered courier service and reach TMA Swabi before 02:00 PM on 22/09/2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Incomplete or conditional tenders will not be accepted. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules.
