The High Court of Sindh, Karachi invites electronic bids from firms registered with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) for e-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders must hold valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). This procurement is for the binding of various law journals for the years 2023 to 2025. Items being procured: - Binding of Law Journals: PLD, MLD, CLC, SCMR, PTD, CLD, PCrLJ, PLC, YLR, Taxation, PTCL (2024-2025) and SBLR (2023-2025). The scope includes professional binding services for the listed law journals, ensuring quality and durability suitable for legal reference use. The work will be carried out under the supervision of the High Court of Sindh in Karachi. Eligible bidders must be registered with SPPRA and have valid FBR registrations. A bid security of 5% of the bid value is required in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of the Registrar, High Court of Sindh, Karachi, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity. The bid validity period is 90 days from the date of bid opening. The last date and time for submission of bids is Thursday, 24th September 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. in the Office of the Director General (Finance & Accounts), High Court of Sindh, Karachi. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS and a signed hard copy along with the original bid security must reach the bid submission address before the bid opening time.
