Binding of Law Journals: PLD, MLD, CLC, SCMR, PTD, CLD, PCrLJ, PLC, YLR, Taxation, PTCL (2024-2025) and SBLR (2023-2025) – Re-Tender

The High Court of Sindh, Karachi invites electronic bids on a Re-Tender basis for the binding of various law journals for the fiscal years 2023-2025 and 2024-2025. This procurement is conducted through the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) e-Procurement system (EPADS) and requires bidders to be registered with SPPRA, hold valid GST and SST registrations, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The bid security must remain valid for 28 days beyond the bid validity period of 90 days from bid opening. The last date and time for submission of bids is Tuesday, 10th November 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 a.m. at the Office of the Director General (Finance & Accounts), High Court of Sindh, Karachi. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS and a signed hard copy of the bid security must also be delivered to the submission address before bid opening.
