Procurement of Painting & De-painting Material for Internal and Final Painting of GOH JF-17 Aircraft

The Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra, Directorate of Central Procurement invites qualified firms to participate in the procurement of painting and de-painting materials specifically for the internal and final painting of the GOH JF-17 Aircraft. This procurement is critical for maintaining the high standards of aircraft finishing and ensuring durability and quality of the paintwork on the GOH JF-17 fleet. Items being procured: - Painting Material for Internal Painting of GOH JF-17 Aircraft - De-painting Material for Final Painting of GOH JF-17 Aircraft The scope includes supplying high-quality materials suitable for aerospace applications, meeting technical specifications required for aircraft painting processes. The materials must comply with industry standards and be compatible with existing aircraft surfaces and coatings. Eligible bidders must provide a formal request on their firm's letterhead signed by an authorized signatory, a Non-Disclosure Agreement on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- duly signed and stamped on each page, and copies of NTN, ATL, and STRN certificates. Firms must submit these documents in hard copy; however, soft copies may be forwarded via email for obtaining tender documents, followed by hard copies through registered mail or in person. No firm will be considered without submission of these documents in hard copy. The tender submission deadline is before 1030 Hrs on 10 November 2026. Interested bidders should submit sealed bids to the Directorate of Central Procurement, Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra. Past performance of firms will be considered during evaluation.
