Supply of Books, Magazines, Electronic and Printed Publications

**Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta** invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of books, magazines, electronic publications and printed publications for the hospital for Financial Year 2025-26. The procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Mandatory item list: Sr. No. 1; class of object: Books, Magazines, electronic and Printed Publications; total item count: 17. The selected supplier will be responsible for providing the complete range of publications and related printed reading materials specified in the tender documents, in accordance with the hospital requirements, specifications and delivery conditions. The notice does not provide individual quantities, titles, publication schedules or unit prices for the 17 items; bidders should obtain and study the complete bidding documents before preparing prices. Eligibility requirements include at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity completed during the previous three years, turnover of at least **PKR 2,000,000** in each of two subsequent previous years, presence on the Active Taxpayer List, and a valid sales tax certificate. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permitted. Bids must include bid security equal to 2 percent of the specified bid amount, submitted as a deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the Medical Superintendent. Tender documents are available from the office of the undersigned during working hours on working days from the date of publication of NIT until **20 August 2026**, against a non-refundable tender document fee of **PKR 1,000**. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned at Jinnah Road, Quetta, no later than **20 August 2026 at 12:00 PM**. Bids will be opened the same day at **1:00 PM** at the same office.
