Construction of Boundary Wall at District Complex Rawalakot

The Public Works Department, Buildings Division Rawalakot, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the construction of a boundary wall at the District Complex Rawalakot. This procurement is being conducted under the AJK PPRA Rules 2017, Rule 36(A), and is open to all contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and with valid registration for the current financial year. Items being procured: - Construction of boundary wall at District Complex Rawalakot (estimated cost: Rs. 1,000,000) The scope of work includes all necessary civil works, supply of materials, labor, and completion of the boundary wall as per the approved design and specifications. Interested bidders must submit their bids along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000, payable in the form of a pay order or bank draft. Earnest Money amounting to Rs. 100,000 in the form of CDR must be attached with the bid. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the undersigned by 05-11-2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. All participating firms must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and registered with AJK Revenue Board. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA Rule 33.
