Supply and Installation of Boxing Ring with Cover Complete at Directorate of Sports BUITEMS Quetta

The Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) located in Quetta is procuring the supply and installation of a complete boxing ring with cover at its Directorate of Sports. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the sports infrastructure within the university premises to support youth sports development under the HEC Talent Hunt Youth Sports League project. The technical scope includes a 24ft by 24ft boxing ring featuring imported Eva sheet padding, waterproof sheets, 4-inch 12 gauge corner poles with padding, Manilla imported ropes with Korean kadora covers, and a 1-1/2 inch square pipe 16 gauge stage frame. The ring is designed to be portable and easy to move, with imported rope tighteners and a Korean kadora cover sheet. The supply and installation must meet the specifications detailed in the Bill of Quantities and be completed within 30 days of the purchase order. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income and Sales Tax Departments of Pakistan and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Experience in supplying and installing boxing rings or similar sports equipment is mandatory, supported by previous purchase or work orders. Bidders must also provide a non-blacklisting certificate on non-judicial stamp paper. A bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee is required.
