Procurement of 150 Branded Desktop Computers for Faculty of IT at SMIU Karachi

Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Karachi is inviting e-bids for the procurement of branded desktop computers for the Faculty of IT. The university is seeking experienced contractors or firms with at least 5 years of relevant experience to participate in this procurement process. Items being procured: - Procurement of 150 branded desktop computers for Faculty of IT at SMIU, Karachi The technical scope involves the supply and installation of 150 branded desktop computers, ensuring that all equipment meets the required specifications for academic and administrative use within the Faculty of IT. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering and setting up the computers within 45 days of award. Interested bidders must register themselves on the EPAD system and submit their bids electronically. The deadline for submission of e-bids is Thursday, 24th September 2026 at 02:30 pm. The original instrument of tender fee and bid security (2% of the bid price) must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Sindh Madressatul Islam University Karachi, prior to the deadline. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 pm in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the main city campus. Eligibility criteria are detailed in the tender documents. The bid validity period is 90 days. Only bids accompanied by the required earnest money will be considered.
