B/T Road from Sarikoran to Whashap Toward CPEC Panjgur

The Cwpp&H Department District Panjgur invites eligible bidders for the execution of a bituminous road from Sarikoran to Whashap toward CPEC in Panjgur for the year 2026. Items being procured: - B/T Road from Sarikoran to Whashap toward CPEC Panjgur with an estimated cost of Rs. 120,000,000. Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. Bidders should have completed at least two similar projects with a turnover of at least Rs. 84,000,000 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. Affidavits confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no litigation, and no contract failures in the last five years are required. Bidders must have undertaken at least two projects of similar nature (≥80% similar activities), each costing at least 60% of the estimated cost, within the last five years. The procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope bidding. Bid security of 3% must be submitted as a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call.
