Kindergarten Play Area for Toddlers & Children 10 Years of Age at District Loralai

The CW, PP&H Department District Loralai invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of a kindergarten play area for toddlers and children up to 10 years of age at District Loralai, Balochistan. This project is part of the Balochistan Special Development Initiative (Phase-III) for the year 2026, based on composite schedule rates 2023 with percentage rates. Items being procured: - Kindergarten play area construction for toddlers and children 10 years of age The scope includes all civil works necessary to develop a safe and engaging play area suitable for young children, adhering to the standards of the Balochistan Special Development Initiative. The site is located in District Loralai, and the project requires experienced contractors with proven financial capacity and prior similar work assignments. Eligibility criteria require presence in the Active Taxpayer List, registration with Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and completion of at least two similar works with a turnover of no less than PKR 3,482,500 in the last year. Bidders must submit a bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer at the CW, PP&H Department District Loralai upon payment of a tender fee of PKR 1,500. Bids must be submitted by 05 October 2026 till 11:00 AM, with the tender opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM at the Executive Engineer's office.
